Lipase is Triacylglycerol acyl-hydrolase which play an important role in living's body,is the base enzyme for adipose digestion. And it can can catalyze the hydrolysis of long chain fatty acids esters into free fatty cids,glycerol, monoacylglycerol which is the energy of organism and is the important Precursors of Some physiological function,such as Synthetic phospholipids. Monogastric animals themself can produce lipase, but a young animal cannot produce enough digestive enzyme, so fat digestion and absorption rate is low. Adding lipase supplement inadequate secretion, increase the digestibility of young animals.
